RETURNS 

Only returns sent within 30 days of purchase will be accepted. Shipping charges are not refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Items returned must be in new condition. Once we receive your return, a refund will be sent to original payment method if condition is like new. 

 

We do not accept returns due to customer sizing errors. Each piece is sized specifically. 

It is recommended that if you do not know your ring size, to get it sized by a local jeweler. 

We have ring sizers available to order as well. 

Sales are FINAL on custom pieces. 

The Sterling Pony has the right to refuse returns on a case-to-case basis.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 14 days for your item to ship due to our high order volumes.

We typically do not need the full 14 days to fulfill your order, but in weeks of sales or around holiday times it may be necessary, so your patience is well appreciated. I am a one-gal show and I promise I am always working as hard as I can to get your orders out in a timely manner.

Any shipping service (i.e., Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express), is the shipping time AFTER your item has been shipped and is in USPS' hands.

Once your item is shipped, and is in the hands of USPS, we have no control. Please contact USPS is your order is late or lost. We cannot offer compensation for orders lost once they are in USPS' control. We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout if this is a concern.

REPAIRS

If a piece breaks or stone comes loose within 45 days of purchase, we are most glad to repair it free of charge. Past that, we charge a flat rate of $20 + shipping for any repairs. Please refer to our jewelry care page or our card that is sent with each purchase to understand how to keep your jewelry in it's best shape!
